國立政治大學 總務處事務組駐警班

主旨： ​發布修正「國立政治大學機車管理辦法」，請查照。 說明：​   一、 旨揭辦法業經本校113年8月5日第704次行政會議通過修正名稱及全文在案。 二、 檢送修正後條文、通行證樣式及機車入校申請表各1份，並同時公告於本校總務處網頁/各組連結/駐警隊/法令規章項下。 三、 因駐警隊編制業經簽奉核准自113年8月1日回歸事務組在案，爰原條文中提及駐警隊部分文字均已修正為事務組，惟目前承辦相關業務人員之地點仍維持於本校大門口警衛室，併予敘明 四、 因公務需要騎乘機車入校第一階段申請受理期間於113年6月1日起至113年8月31日止，且事務組駐警隊已同步勸導持有舊證者，倘符合旨揭辦法第三條之一規定得於前述期間內申請換發新證。 五、 第一階段申請經核可者，預計自113年9月2日至9月5日由事務組駐警隊通知領證，並將於113年9月9日起開始查驗，倘無入校通行證者將禁止騎乘機車入校，惟領有入校通行證者，若未遵守騎乘及停放相關規定，亦將依旨揭辦法取締告發。 六、 檢附公務機車停放區圖示。
